The Center for the Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality at Rice University maintains a postdoctoral associate program for scholars in the humanities or social sciences.

The Center's postdoctoral program is designed to bring in a rotation of young scholars with new approaches and differing research interests. Associates gain experience teaching core courses in the undergraduate program, present their research in periodic public lectures, and participate in the Feminist Research Group. Postdoctoral Associates will be expected to make significant progress in their research and publication, to participate actively in the intellectual life of the Center, and to teach two courses per year.
